You build the evidence base. Market research, demand validation, regulatory mapping, competitive analysis — you synthesise complexity into clear, defensible intelligence. 1–3 years in research or economic analysis.
You originate relationships. Developers, investors, institutions — you understand who needs what and how to position a conversation. 5+ years in business development within professional services.

Lead financial modelling, SPV design, and investor documentation for infrastructure and industrial projects. You will work directly with partners to engineer capital stacks across equity, debt, DFI, and blended finance instruments.
Requirements
5–8 years in investment banking, development finance, or infrastructure advisory
Deep proficiency in financial modelling (DCF, waterfall, sensitivity analysis)
Experience with SPV structures, shareholder agreements, and capital markets documentation
Understanding of Nigerian capital markets, DFI landscape, and FTZ incentive frameworks
MBA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
Drive client origination and relationship management across developers, investors, and institutional stakeholders.
Requirements
5–7 years in business development within professional services, real estate, or financial advisory
Established network across Nigerian real estate, industrial, and investment communities
Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
Track record of closing complex advisory or consulting mandates
Understanding of infrastructure development lifecycle and capital deployment
The role involves leading feasibility assessments and determining the phasing design for large-scale development projects. Beyond assessment and phasing, the candidate will contribute to designing integrated development frameworks, including phasing strategies, systems logic maps, and operational architecture, for diverse projects across mixed-use, industrial, and residential sectors..
Requirements
3–5 years in management consulting, real estate advisory, or infrastructure planning
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
Experience in master planning, phasing design, or operational systems frameworks
Excellent written communication — ability to produce board-quality deliverables
Degree in Engineering, Economics, Urban Planning, or related discipline
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, demand validation, and regulatory mapping for industrial activation and economic zone mandates.
